At MOĆNO, we care about freshness, sustainability, and reliable local delivery. Below you can find all the details regarding the shipping of our products.

Where we ship

We currently cover the entire territory of Serbia (more details on shipping costs in the section below). International shipping outside of Serbia is currently not available.

Shipping costs and delivery

  • Serbia - flat rate €5.00, delivered in 1–2 business days.

  • Europe - flat rate €20.00, delivered in 3–5 business days.

  • Rest of the world - flat rate €50.00, delivered in 5–8 business days.

Orders ship with trusted third-party couriers. We pack every order to protect freshness in transit, but delivery time and handling are the courier's responsibility.

Delivery time

Orders are processed within 24 hours, and delivery is carried out according to our internal schedule. Our goal is for your fresh microgreens and pesto sauces to arrive fresh, cold, and ready for immediate use. Before delivery, we will contact you via email or phone to confirm the details.

Order confirmation and tracking

Once you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation via email with all the purchase details. If any changes or delays occur, our team will notify you promptly.

Damaged or incorrect products

If you notice that you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately upon receiving the order at hello@mocno.com. We will review the issue and suggest a solution - either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Order cancellation and modification

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order enters the preparation and packaging phase, it is no longer possible to make changes or cancellations.

Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of our products (fresh, perishable goods), returns are not possible. If you have any issues with your order, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for additional information on exceptions.
