This Privacy Policy explains how MOĆNO ("the Site", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares your personal data when you visit mocno.com ("the Site"), use our services, make a purchase, or otherwise communicate with us in connection with the Site (collectively, "the Services"). In this Privacy Policy, "you" and "your" refer to the user of the Services, whether you are a customer, a site visitor or another person whose data we collect in accordance with this Policy.

In the event of a data security breach, we undertake to notify the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, as well as the users whose data is affected, within 72 hours.
