Refund policy

At MOĆNO, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and we want your experience with us to always be positive. Below you can find our return and refund policy for both digital and physical products.

Digital Products (e-books, guides, online courses, etc.)

We apply a 14-day return rule for digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • To request a refund, please email us at hello@mocno.com with your order details.

  • Note: Since digital products are delivered instantly, every refund request is considered individually. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the content has already been downloaded or extensively used.

Physical Products (fresh/dried microgreens, pesto sauces)

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns and refunds are carried out under strictly defined conditions.

Possible returns and refunds:

  • Damaged or defective product – If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it immediately upon receipt and notify us without delay.

  • Wrong item – If we sent the wrong product, we will provide a replacement or a refund.

Products not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods - Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns for fresh/dried microgreens and pestos once they leave our facility.

  • Opened or used products - To maintain quality, we do not accept returns for items that have been opened, partially used, or improperly stored.

  • Sale items and gift cards - These purchases are final and are not eligible for a refund.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at hello@mocno.rs, and we will do our best to find a solution.

EU Customers – 14-day right to cancel

For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

Exceptions:

  • This does not apply to perishable food products (fresh/dried microgreens, pestos, etc.).

  • Digital products are subject to our 14-day policy (as stated above).

Refund Process

Once we receive and review your request (and the product, if applicable), we will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.

If the refund is approved:

  • The amount will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If the refund is not visible after 15 business days, please contact us at hello@mocno.com.
